NV Innocent Bystander Prosecco

NV Innocent Bystander Prosecco

We’ve always loved Prosecco. So we gave making one a go, and it turned out pretty pucker. Clean, crisp and fruit driven. A sure win at any party, or any night of the week around a good cheese plate.

"The change of batons at this winery has meant a new take on one of their more popular wines. Clean and crisp and ideal with a cheese platter at the end of a good dinner or even before."

90/100, Ray Jordon, West Australian
"This fresh sparkling non-vintage wine is a slightly drier style but with some lees work also offers a degree of palate texture. Leaves the palate clean and fresh. Nice wine for current drinking."

4 Stars - John Lewis, Newcastle Herald
"With only 9 per cent alcohol, this wine is great for lunchtime drinking. It is light gold with brassy tints, has mild effervescence and musk scents. Fresh white peach flavour shows on the front palate and guava, lemon zest and cashew characters chime in on the middle palate. Flinty acid comes through at the finish."

3.5 Stars - Tony Love, The Herald Sun
"Prosecco is the hot new fizz of the moment, out-trending champagne in some parts of the world. Price is one thing, but good clean fun is another. This scores on both counts: an easy drinking fizz with lemon tang and a subtle sweetness."

Huon Hooke, online
"Light, bright yellow colour, with a thick layer of foam on top. The aroma is fresh, floral, clean and creamy, spanking new and bright, with fairly neutral but refreshing flavour. There's a judicious touch of sweetness and the palate is very approachable and pleasant. A straightforward and very young sparkler, but quaffable and quite refreshing."
