Sydney, it’s been a minute.
Pinot Palooza is back. And we’re not coming quietly.
Teaming up with Mould, this is three days of cheese, Pinot, and very good decisions at the Hordern Pavilion. If you’ve been before, you already know. If you haven’t, consider this your sign.
And yes, we’ll be there. With more than just Pinot.

A room full of artisan cheese, a lineup of wines worth your attention and a crowd that came to taste and ended up staying for another lap.

WHAT WE’RE POURING
Yes, there’s Pinot. Bright, expressive, and made for sharing.
But we’re not stopping there. We’re also bringing Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir Rosé, and a couple of fun friends for when things take a turn. Friends like our 'Easy As' Shiraz and Watermelon Spritz.
This is the kind of lineup that works just as well with cheese as it does with a second lap and no real plan. Come by for a taste, stay for a chat. No scripts. No lectures.
