Innocent Bystander invites Brisbane to come play at Babylon

Join us from 7 – 20th March as we bring a taste of the Yarra Valley to Brisbane's core with a pop-up cellar door at Babylon – promising a Long Lunch menu, immersive wine experiences, and a roster of vinyl DJs best paired, as always, with good vibes and great friends.

Flipping the script on traditional tasting experiences, we're inviting locals and visitors alike to come play in a world where wine meets wonder, swapping the rolling hills of Healesville for the magic of one of Brisbane's premier riverside venues.

“We’re thrilled to bring the essence of Innocent Bystander to Brisbane and offer locals the opportunity to learn what we’re about firsthand”, says Innocent Bystander Brand Manager Andrew Dix. 

During the two-week takeover,  Innocent Bystander will bring Babylon to life with vinyl DJs spinning records, interactive tastings with a living statue, captivating LED dance performances, and creative photo spaces that strike a balance between the bright, social world of Innocent Bystander and the sensible, serious traditions of the wine category. 

"There's more to wine than sniffing, swirling, and sipping. We aim to create a shared experience that transcends convention and sparks joy.”

Cascading down three levels and encompassing multiple bars, terraces, and vibrant dining spaces, Babylon’s riverside location sets the stage for an unforgettable journey through Innocent Bystander's world of wine.
