Great wine and delicious food is what it’s all about. 

Along with seriously good pizza, amazing cheese is a high priority. We’re obsessed with quality produce so that’s why we get our cheese from our mates at Yarra Valley Dairy. 

These local handmade cheeses are made by a team of talented locals but the main man behind the cheese wheel is Jack Holman. We wanted get to know the man behind the cheesy goodness… 

What is the best part about working in the Yarra Valley? 
The best part of living and working in the Yarra valley is you get the best of both worlds, country and city; amazing local produce and the bush on your doorstep with the city, less than an hour away. 

Why cheese? 
I love that cheese has such a long history and is involved in so many cultures. At the dairy we apart of that history as we make cheese today and create something to be enjoyed and shared. 

What’s your fave wine and cocktail now? 
Loving the IB Pinot Gris as I also use it to wash one of our semi hard cheeses.
